If you choose to connect your bank account, we may receive limited financial data such as account ownership details, balances, and transaction information, as authorized by you, solely for the purpose of processing payments, verifying accounts, and preventing fraud.

We do not store full bank account or payment details on our servers. All sensitive financial data is handled and secured by our payment processing partners.

Information is stored securely using our backend infrastructure. Files uploaded through the quote request form are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized BlueCrest Cleaning staff.

We may also share information when required by law. This includes payment processors such as Stripe, which handle financial transactions securely on our behalf.
