Standard, full vacant unit preparation so properties are turn-key and lease-ready.
Deep Cleans
An intensive cleaning service for heavy buildup, grease, and long-term neglect. Available only as a required add-on to our standard service for heavily soiled units.
Recurring Services
Scheduled, ongoing cleaning services for residential rental units across portfolio properties. Services are limited to individual units and do not include shared or commercial property spaces.

Service Conditions & Limitations
Portfolio Restriction
Our services are designed exclusively for long-term residential rental portfolios. Services are not available for short-term rentals or individual tenants.
Service Architecture
Standard move-in / move-out service is required for all unit turns. Deep cleaning cannot be booked on its own and must be added to a standard service package if a property exceeds cleaning condition limits.
Environmental & Biohazard Exclusions
To keep our network safe, independent contractors may pause services until conditions are resolved on any property with unsafe or hazardous conditions. Prohibited conditions include active insect infestations, unmitigated mold growth, heavy hoarding, and biohazards (including feces, urine, blood, or bodily fluids). Impacted turns may be canceled or rescheduled, and a service call fee may apply.
